Morgan of Pepper’s Design Blog has shared a little DIY project she did for storing her young daughter’s art supplies. She found clear plastic paint cans at Michael’s and brought them home, only to find that the lids were going to be too difficult for her daughter to open.

Visit Morgan’s desciption of how she glued — then nailed — some wooden shapes onto the lids, then spray painted them. There are many more pictures on her blog, but here are a few to give you a little peak…
